The Heart Failure 2026 congress, organized by the Heart Failure Association of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), took place from 9 to 12 May 2026 in Barcelona under the theme “Evolution in Heart Failure.” The event is one of the world’s most important forums dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of heart failure, and each year it brings the latest insights in digital health, remote monitoring and the use of artificial intelligence in cardiology.
In Barcelona, we had the chance to meet dozens of experts, exchange insights on the future of heart failure care, and discuss how digital technologies and remote monitoring are changing the way physicians track their patients outside the hospital setting.
