Use of a non-invasive monitoring system for heart failure based on A.I.: Overcoming barriers in clinical practice and prevention of HF decompensation

Heart failure (HF) is characterized by a reduced quality of life and a high mortality rate and frequent hospitalizations. Despite comprehensive recommendations for drug, device and regimen treatment of HF, non-compliance remains a clinical problem and contributes to increased mortality and hospitalizations for HF. In addition to standard care, they represent new strategies for remote monitoring of HF patients based on the hemodynamic principle, a promising approach to improving quality of life, survival and preventing hospitalizations. In the case report, we describe how non-invasive telemonitoring of LV filling pressures can improve standard care for patients with HF and prevent cardiac decompensation caused by the pitfalls of common clinical practice.
